IN JUST A FEW HOURS...

The Elmira Jackals and Florida Everblades play a decisive Game 5 at First Arena at 4:05 p.m. to determine which team will advance to the second round of the 2010 Kelly Cup Playoffs.

Last night, the Jackals broke a 3-3 second-period tie with three unanswered goals to earn a 6-3 victory in Game 4. Chaz Johnson had two goals while Justin Donati had four assists.

SHOTS ADVANTAGE

The Jackals outshot the Everblades 44-20 in Game 4 and have outshot the Everblades in three of the series' four games, besides Game 1 in which each team had 27.

On average, the Jackals have outshot the Everblades 33.5 to 22.75 in the series. During the regular season, the Everblades were third in the ECHL at 33.44 shots per game, but through four postseason games the Everblades are last in that category of the ECHL's 15 playoff teams.
