The Elmira Jackals will hold a press conference at First Arena on Wednesday, June 2 at 6:00 p.m. at which time they will make a significant announcement regarding the future of the franchise.

Jackals fans and season ticket holders are invited to attend the press conference, along with the media. After the press conference, Jackals personnel will be available for interviews.

Season ticket holders will be able to receive early-bird discounts for their 2010-2011 season tickets by paying in full at the press conference. The deadline for season ticket holders to make a $100 deposit toward their season tickets is Tuesday, June 8.

Fans will also be able to purchase Jackals merchandise on Wednesday evening at exclusive rates.

The Jackals recently finished their tenth season of play and captured their first-ever ECHL division title on their way to a third-straight playoff appearance.

FIRST ARENA TO HOST TWIN TIERS LARGEST INDOOR YARD SALE

First Arena will host the "Twin Tiers Largest Indoor Yard Sale" on Saturday, July 17 from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.. Anyone with items that they would like to sell may set up a table. For information on getting a table at the yard sale, call (607) 734-7825.
